Name of Post: Grade III & Grade IV
Total Posts: 569
- Graduate Level or equivalent: 190 posts
- HS Level or equivalent: 104 posts
- Grade-IV or equivalent: 275 posts
Departments: PWD, Education, Forest, Irrigation, Sericulture, Skill Employment & Entrepreneurship (SEED), Information & Public Relations (I&PR), and Agriculture Department, BTC.
Resident-ship: Must be a permanent resident of BTR, Assam. Candidates from the newly added 60 villages from Biswanath and Sonitpur to Udalguri under BTR are also eligible.
Age Limit: 18–40 years as on 01.01.2025. Age relaxation as per government norms.
Employment Exchange: Registration with any Employment Exchange in Assam is mandatory.
📘 Educational Qualification
Graduate Level:
- LDA/Jr. Asstt./Statistical Asstt./Computer Asstt.: Bachelor’s + 1-year computer diploma
- Internal Auditor: Bachelor’s in Accountancy/Finance/Business Administration
- Library Asstt.: Any Bachelor’s + Diploma in Library Science
- Store Keeper: Bachelor’s + 1-year computer diploma/ITI + 3 years of inventory experience
HS Level:
- Agri. Extn. Asstt./Field Asstt./PI/Grafter: HS passed
- Surveyor: HS + Draftsmanship Certificate
- Field Man, PS&DO: HS + Industrial Training Certificate
- I&PR: HSLC + 3 years’ experience in electronics/audio-visual equipment
Grade-IV: Minimum Class VIII passed, maximum HS passed
