- Subject of Nepal/Bhutan
- Tibetan refugee (before 1 Jan 1962)

- Havaldar: 18 to 27 years (Born between 02.08.1998 and 01.08.2007)

- Passed Matriculation (Class 10) or equivalent from a recognized board.
